Call for Abstracts

This year we look forward to exploring our theme Seeds of Change, and reflecting on opportunities to support, build, and grow in the CHW workforce!

We are seeking 60 and 90 minute presentations and workshops that support the professional development of Community Health Workers. Our tracks include Policy & Advocacy, Community Specific Programming & Engagement, and Health Equity & Social Determinants of Health.  Submit your abstract here.
